The court ruled that we have a right to our union but found that an error occurred when the state requested lists of attendants eligible to vote in the election.The Missouri Home Care Union and the state jointly asked for a rerun of the election to ensure that all attendants are involved in the process. The judge granted our request for a rerun.
The ruling has protected the ability of home care attendants to have a voice and will give them freedom to decide for themselves what they want to do.
